Events - Disclaimer

Stayen NV reserves the right to use photos/videos taken during a Stayen NV event without the express written consent of the persons in the photo/video. Stayen NV may use the photo/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Stayen NV, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, photographs are not provided with full names or personal identification details without the written consent of the photographed person, parent or legal guardian.

A person attending an event who does not want his/her photograph captured for distribution should make his/her wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers, and/or contact Stayen NV at info@stayen.com of his/her intentions and enclose a photograph. Stayen NV will use the photo for identification purposes and will keep it confidential.

By participating in a Stayen event or by not informing Stayen NV of your wish not to have your photograph used by Stayen NV, you agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless and hold Stayen NV harmless from any claims relating to the use of your photograph or likeness.

A person or organisation not affiliated to Stayen NV may not use, copy, modify or adapt Stayen NV's photographs, images, videography or other similar reproductions or recordings without prior written permission from an authorised representative of Stayen NV.

Accuracy
